What is Zoom?
Zoom is a virtual meeting platform that allows users from anywhere in the world to engage with each other. Zoom allows users to connect to the platform through internet connection or by phoning in. While in the platform, users can interact via chat or through the host meeting, as well as leave the meeting room to interact 1:1 or in small groups through breakout rooms.

To begin, log into www.metavent.io with your username and password. On the left hand menu, click on Events. From the events listed, select your desired event and click on Go to Event Dashboard. When the Event Dashboard shows, select Event Schedule from the menu.
Zoom Meeting Room: The meeting room will appear in the metavent platform.
From the menu, select on Event Schedule and select an existing session from the Event Schedule list, which is located below at the bottom of the page. Select the yellow edit tool on the right and a pop-up window named Edit Session will appear. Scroll down to Session Assets and locate the orange button called Add New Asset. From the drop-down menu under Asset Type, select Zoom Video as your asset (or media) type. From the Zoom platform, copy your video’s URL link and paste it into the field under Zoom Meeting Room.
