Post-Event Analytics

Metavent incorporates post-event analytics to give you clear and concise information. Discover the most powerful tool in your Dashboard. Access this by entering your event through Events and click on Go to Event Dashboard. Next, select Analytics to view your event analytics. 

Under Event Analytics, you will be able to view each participating Explorer and the actions they completed during your live event. First, under each Explorer entry, you will see their first and last name, email address, number of actions, and each meeting room that they visited during their time. Additionally, if you click on the red down arrow next to each name, you get more information about their time of entry and exit, time spent on the metavent platform, and if they completed the exit event survey.

Metavent also provides you with the ability to download your event information via Excel, CSV or PDF. Also, copy your event analytics or print them out at will. Never lose your event information, as the metavent platform will hold your event information for future use.
