Want to track your Explorer (commonly known as “attendees”) engagement? Metavent can help you review the behavior of your Explorers throughout your event.
Start from Events, click on the live event, then go to the Live! Control Center. From there, go to Attendees to view your audience. There are two key areas in Attendees.
To the left, under Attendees, you will see all the Explorers currently in your event listed under All. As you click into the remaining meeting room options, metavent will show you which Explorers are in each area. As your event progresses, return to Attendees periodically to track the traffic in each meeting room. Note: refresh the screen to ensure that you are viewing the most up-to-date Explorer behavior.
In the Attendees view, you will see the Event Summary to the right. Here, a graph will show the aggregate activity over time, so that you can determine which rooms are more popular and the average time spent per room. Use this information to move your Explorers through your event by utilizing the other tools, such as Notifications or Polls, to increase traffic to all your rooms.
