Managing Meeting Spaces

The power of metavent makes monitoring your event seamless. Using the Live! Control Center, you can view your meeting spaces and see when they are opening and closing without having to view it as an Explorer.

Start by entering your live event, enter the event dashboard and click on Live! Control Center. Under Event Control, you will see all of the meeting spaces you created. Next to each meeting room, you will see a “X” under the scheduled time you set it to open. By clicking on the “X” you can open the meeting room earlier than originally scheduled. A check mark will now appear, indicating that the room has now opened.

What’s the advantage of this tool? If a session ends earlier than originally planned, you can easily and quickly open a new meeting room to start a new session. Or you can let people into a networking meeting room earlier to allow people access and improve engagement during the event.
