Metavent offers you the ability to create engaging meeting rooms for your event. To start, select Events in the left hand navigation and scroll down to Event Options once the menu appears. Under Event Details, click on the edit button to add your meeting rooms. Here, you can create Keynote, Breakout, Sponsor and Networking meeting rooms to your heart’s desire. For each category, click on the on/off button for each meeting room and move the toggle bar to the right to add your desired number of meeting rooms. To save your work, click on Save Event Details.
Continue down the page to rename your meeting rooms for each category and don’t forget to save your changes. Under Introduction Options, edit the Introduction video and select the video type so that the system can enable your video within the Virtual Venue. Keynote Options allows you to customize the naming for your keynote meeting rooms, especially if you have more than one keynote for your event. Complete the same actions for Breakout Options, by naming each meeting room and saving your details. Sponsor Options has a few more options to choose from. You can name each individual sponsor room needed for your event, select the meeting platform you will use in your virtual venue by clicking on the drop-down menu, and the video type you prefer if your sponsor will have a prepared video to present. Finally, Networking Room Options allows you to set your networking meeting rooms as public or private and rename each networking meeting room as desired.
