At metavent, it is easy to brand your virtual event using the metavent Visual Asset Guide. Before you start to upload your virtual branding digital files, it is recommended that you first follow the simple steps below.
Strategy. Outline your key Explorer (formerly known as attendees) takeaways and brand message. Branding plays a critical role in the attendee experience. On arrival, Explorers will immediately be immersed in your brand story, so make sure it’s enticing and clear.
Design. Work with your design team, following our graphic design guide, to create the digital assets.
Organize. Start by preparing and organizing all files prior to uploading your virtual assets. Format graphics and images as PNG files in RGB based on the dimensions within the Branding Asset Guide. To ensure the best results, follow the image ratio that outlined and provide image files larger than 1092px on the shorter dimension. (The minimum pixel size does not apply to solid colors.)
Prepare. Download your files to your local drive to streamline the event build and branding process.
