Attendee Engagement Analytics

Watch your live event analytics to stay up-to-date on your event engagement and make changes immediately to respond to event changes.

Start by entering your live event by clicking on Events, open the event dashboard and click into the LIve! Control Center. Next, open Attendees to view your live event analytics. Note: this information will only be available during your live event, but never fear, metavent, offers more analytics tools that you can access at any time.

Under Attendees, you can see the list of Explorers (commonly known as “attendees”) where they are in the metavent platform at the time the page loads. This is a great tool to utilize when you are trying to track the location of an Explorer who may be a VIP or team member that you want to monitor. Additionally, if Explorers encounter any issues, you can see their last known location to help you build a solution for their issue.

To your right, click on Audience to see where and how your audience is moving around the various rooms of your event. Under Event Summary , the line graph on the right, shows this information in aggregate, so you can see if your audience is lingering in certain rooms, or spending a short amount of time in other rooms.  Use this information to guide your creation of polls, notifications and questions, so that you can maximize your audience engagement.
