Have you received questions from Explorers during your event that you want your speakers to answer? With metavent, get them answered during your live event!
Here’s how to start. Enter your event, open the Live! Control Center, and click on Questions. When the page loads, click on Add Questions, located on the right side of the page. A pop-up window will appear and complete the fields. First, add your question. Next, assign it to the specific meeting room where your speaker will see it. Finally, set the status of the question and click on Save Question. This status can be updated by returning to Questions, clicking on the question and changing the status to Answered and saving your work. Your question will appear in a banner in the indicated meeting room. Once you change the Question status, it will disappear and your event can continue as scheduled.
Edit your Question, by clicking your question, edit the question in the pop-up window and save your work before closing. You can easily delete Questions by selecting the question and clicking on the trash icon at the bottom of the pop-up window.
