Metavent offers an all-in-one task manager for your event. Using Event Timeline, you can set and track your key timeline activities. From the Events menu, select Go to Event Dashboard and select Event Timeline from the dashboard. Under Event Dates, click on the orange button labeled Add Date. Once the pop-up window appears, add your date information, select the due date and status.
Metavent recommends you set the following dates:

- Prepare event digital assets (media files, logos, graphics): one month prior to the event start date
- Build Virtual Venue: one month prior to the event start date
- Submit Virtual Venue: two week prior to the event start date
- Review Virtual Venue: one week prior to the event start date
- Complete Event Schedule: one week prior to the event start date
- Send final registration invitations: 3 - 4 days prior to the event start date
- Complete event rehearsal: at least 1 - 2 days prior to the event start date
- Review Event Analytics: within one week following the event end date
