Periodically, review your event to track your setup progress, update event information as needed, track your event registration and ensure that your digital assets have been uploaded. For an overview of your event, go to Events and select Go to Event Dashboard. From there, you will see an Event Summary of your basic event information. An Activity Log, located on the right hand side of the page, displays all the actions completed recently in your event.
Check in with your event registration progress by clicking on Registration from the menu. You can view the graph of your event registrations to date on the left hand side of the page.
Metavent recommends reviewing your Virtual Venue before your event and to test your meeting rooms with any speakers or users to ensure that all the digital media and logos are displayed correctly and working properly. Start by logging into your event and click on Registration. Under Registration Options, copy and paste your unique event URL address in a new browser window. Using a test user account, log in to the event page and navigate through your event to view your experience. Make note of any updates you need to make and return to Virtual Venue to update your event as necessary.
